Erik J. Conrad
Erik J. Conrad is a partner in the Firm practicing personal injury and domestic relations law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association For Justice, the premier organization for trial lawyers pursuing claims for clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence or wrongdoing of others.  Based on his success in the Court Room he is also a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum, nationally recognized for individual awards and settlements which have exceeded one million dollars.  

 Mr. Conrad is also a very experienced family law litigator having handled high profile divorce and custody disputes throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas for over sixteen years.  Mr. Conrad has presented Continuing Legal Education programs to other Pennsylvania attorneys on a variety of family law topics.  He is a member of the Family Law Division of the local bar association distinguishing attorneys representing clients in divorce, custody, support and other family law related matters.  

Erik Conrad is Ivy League educated graduating from the University of Pennsylvania and having played fullback for the football team during its run of 5 straight Ivy League titles including the 1986 undefeated season. Subsequently Mr. Conrad obtained his juris doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law (now recognized as the law school of the Pennsylvania State University).

Mr. Conrad litigates numerous jury trials each year having obtained six figure recoveries for clients in Lehigh, Northhampton, Monroe, Berks, Schuylkill and Montgomery Counties during his career. He has also previously been employed by the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas providing representation for defendants in Protection from Abuse Contempt hearings and as a guardian ad litem for children involved in dependency proceedings. Also, on average he litigates over 25 full custody trials a year.

Lee A. Conrad
Lee A. Conrad is the senior actively practicing partner in the Firm. He has approximately 30 years experience in wills, probate and estate administration as well as real estate transactions. His Ivy League education also includes a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania after which he obtained a juris Doctorate from Temple University.

Mr. Conrad is admitted to practice before the Courts of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is a lifelong resident of the Kutztown/Allentown area practicing law in both the Lehigh Valley and Berks County.

Mark B. Stanziola
Mark B. Stanziola is an associate of the firm who focuses his practice on representing clients in family law matters. Mr. Stanziola has over 20 years of experience representing clients in complex and non-fault divorce and property distribution matters. Mr. Stanziola also represents clients in all phases of protection from abuse, custody, child and spouse support proceedings and has practiced family law throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley. Mr. Stanziola has served as a faculty member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute as both a presenter and drafter of reference materials on family law topics as part of their continuing legal education program.

Mr. Stanziola is a 1985 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton having obtained Bachelor of Arts Degrees in History and Philosophy. Mr. Stanziola obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1988 having graduated in the top third of his class.

Mr. Stanziola is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, The Luzerne County Bar Association, the Luzerne County Family Law Section Committee, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section.

Paraskevoula Mamounas
Paraskevoula Mamounas is an Associate of the Firm who focuses her practice on representing clients in personal injury and general civil litigation matters. Ms. Mamounas’ personal injury practice includes individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents and slip, trip and falls. Her general civil litigation practice covers a wide variety of civil matters including identity theft, landlord-tenant and contract disputes.

Attorney Mamounas was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated Lehigh University cum laude having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She obtained her juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. While at Brooklyn Law School, she participated in a summer study abroad program through Temple Law School, which led to a summer internship with the State Department in the American Consulate in Greece. During law school, she interned for a New York Supreme Court Civil Judge and a Federal Judge for the United States Court of International Trade.

Attorney Mamounas is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, having taken and successfully passed each state’s bar examination. She began her legal career representing injured parties in personal injury cases. She worked in the personal injury field in New York City for several years. She is presently a member of the Northampton County Bar Association and a board member of LEBEEAM, a regional chapter of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, serving the townships of Lehigh, East Allen, and Moore and the Borough of Bath. She is an active member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Easton, Pennsylvania.

John P. Thomas
John P. Thomas, the most senior partner at the time, retired from the firm in 2004 after practicing as a Lehigh Valley attorney from 1960 to 2004.  We must regretfully report that Attorney Thomas passed away on September 23, 2009.  He will be dearly missed by his own loving family as well as his family at Thomas, Conrad and Conrad.
